Entry Level Rental Manager

About the role

Cumberland Idealease is seeking a motivated entry-level professional to join our team as a Rental Sales Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to develop essential sales and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new rental opportunities across the Nashville market
• Build relationships with contractors, transportation companies, and businesses that rely on reliable equipment
• Develop skills to strengthen relationships with existing customers and uncover additional opportunities
• Manage a sales pipeline, follow through on opportunities, and convert activity into business
• Become a trusted resource for customers needing short-term equipment solutions
• Represent Cumberland Idealease in the field, stay connected to customers, job sites, and business decision makers
• Work closely with internal service and support teams to understand the full business and deliver a seamless customer experience

Requirements

No rental or truck industry experience required. No prior sales experience required. We're looking for someone early in their career who brings:

Qualifications

No formal education or certifications required. However, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
