Entry Level Procurement Agent

About the role

The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul team is seeking an Entry Level Procurement Agent to join the Supplier Management team in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

• Aid in continuous review of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
• Follow Boeing procurement processes to issue purchase orders to suppliers for parts and services
• Gather data and contribute to supplier performance evaluation and improvement plans while conducting risk and issues assessments
• Support pricing and lead-time negotiations for maintenance, repair, and overhaul services
• Collaborate with other internal teams to enhance processes and meet customer needs

Requirements

• Experience in a supply chain-related role
• Experience with Microsoft Office products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data
• Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and suppliers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, and related fields
• 2+ years of experience analyzing data
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Experience negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
