Entry Level or Associate Procurement Agent

Position Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers’ quality & delivery performance.
• Communicates and follows up with suppliers on delivery status.
• Issue Purchase Orders in a timely manner.
• Conduct monthly reviews with BFE suppliers.
• Conduct reviews with BFE suppliers and Boeing Engineers to review rejected Supplier Data Transmittals (SDTs).
• Support or conduct in person reviews (Initial Technical Coordination Meeting (ITCMs), Production Readiness Assessment (PRAs), etc.) with BFE suppliers, build relationships with PA peers within Boeing (BCA, ET&T, BDS, BGS, etc.).
• Manage suppliers’ profiles in the Boeing system. e.g. (CSDT access, BEST Profiles, etc.).

  Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite.
  • Experience with business operations and/or business process improvements.

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

    • 1+ years of experience with Customer & Supplier Data Transmittal (CSDT) system.
    • 1+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products).
    • 1+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 1+ years of Supply Chain experience in Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, or another industry.
    • Bachelor's degree or higher.

      Summary Pay Range

      Summary pay range (Entry Level): $62,900.00 - $85,100.00

      Summary pay range (Associate): $74,800.00 - $101,200.00
