We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Basic and Preferred?), Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content: About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities list. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) and Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience). Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction: use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include. We have content for About the role: first paragraph(s). Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: maybe basic qualifications? Qualifications: maybe preferred? Skills: maybe list of skills? Benefits: we have Total Rewards & Pay Transparency paragraph describing benefits. Pay: we have summary pay range. Schedule: we have shift info (1st shift) and flexible hours, overtime, occasional weekends. So we have schedule content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, Drug Free Workplace (maybe keep? It's not benefits? It's a policy; but it's not specific benefit; maybe we can drop as it's boilerplate). Also remove Export Control Details repeated? It's a requirement; we could include under Requirements? It's a specific requirement: US Person required. That's a requirement. We'll include under Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "Issue POs in a timely manner", etc. Also "Coordinates with suppliers and process PO changes", "Resolves Griefs and NCRs" (maybe typo but keep). "Interpret contract terms and conditions", "Unitize metrics and dashboard to ensure timely completion of tasks", etc. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

    . For headings use

. We need to decide sections: - About the role: include intro paragraphs: "At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate...". Also maybe the sentence about BGS organization opportunity. We'll combine into a couple paragraphs. - Responsibilities: list each duty. - Requirements: include Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) plus Export Control requirement (US Person). Also maybe "Available to work flexible hours, overtime and occasional weekends when necessary" could go under Schedule though. But it's also a requirement. We'll keep under Requirements? But we have Schedule section for shift info. We'll put flexible hours etc under Schedule. - Qualifications: include Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience). Could also include "Bachelor's degree or higher". That's in Preferred? Actually it's listed under Preferred Qualifications: "Bachelor's degree or higher". We'll include there. - Skills: maybe we can extract skill statements from responsibilities? But we already have responsibilities. Could we create a Skills section summarizing technical knowledge, analytical experience, supply chain experience? The posting says: "The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical knowledge, analytical experience and supply chain experience." That's a skill. Also "Experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain", "Experience working in cross-functional teams", "Experience working with a procurement system", "Experience in working with suppliers and vendors". Those are skills/experience. Could put them under Skills. But we already have Requirements and Qualifications covering experience. To avoid duplication, we need to decide where to put each piece. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But headings are predefined; we can omit sections if no real specific content. We could omit Skills if we think it's covered elsewhere. However we have content for Skills: technical knowledge, analytical experience, supply chain experience. That's specific. We'll include Skills section. - Benefits: we have Total Rewards & Pay Transparency paragraph describing benefits: health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, paid/unpaid time away. Also mention competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. We'll include that. - Pay: we have summary pay range: Level 1: $62,900 - $85,100; Level 2: $74,800 - $101,200. Also note pay based on experience etc. We'll include that. - Schedule: we have shift: 1st shift, flexible hours, overtime, occasional weekends. Also "Available to work flexible hours, overtime and occasional weekends when necessary". We'll include that. We must not include boilerplate like Drug Free Workplace, Equal Opportunity Employer, Export Control Details repeated? We kept Export Control requirement as requirement. The repeated Export Control Details: "US based job, US Person required" is same; we can keep once. We must not include application instructions (Applications for this position will be accepted until Sept. 29, 2026). That's not a heading; it's a date; we could drop as it's application instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply but it's a deadline. The instruction says remove application instructions. So drop that line. Also remove "Relocation Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position." That's a benefit detail? It's about relocation not being offered. Could be considered benefit info but it's a negative. Might be considered boilerplate? It's specific to relocation assistance. Could include under Benefits? But it's stating that relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit. Might be considered relevant. However the instruction says prefer few substantive sections; we could include under Benefits a note that relocation assistance is not offered. But it's not a benefit; it's a lack thereof. Might be considered boilerplate? I'd drop it as it's not a benefit offered. Also "Visa Sponsorship Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status." That's also a requirement/condition. Could be under Requirements: no visa sponsorship. We'll include. Now craft HTML. Structure:

Check for any repeated content: We used "Utilize metrics and dashboard" changed from "Unitize metrics and dashboard". The original had "Unitize metrics and dashboard". Likely a typo; we should preserve original text exactly? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Changing "Unitize" to "Utilize" is altering detail. We should keep original wording: "Unitize metrics and dashboard to ensure timely completion of tasks". So keep that. Also "Resolves Griefs and NCRs" keep as is. Also "Communicates and follows up with suppliers on order status" keep. Also "Coordinates with suppliers and process PO changes" keep. Also "Develops, documents and implements process changes in support of company goals" keep. Also "Identifies and implements improvements to streamline process flows" keep. Also "Possess general understanding, ability, and knowledge to act independently when working routine problems or situations; Possess general knowledge of company and local policies, procedures and regulations" The original had a semicolon separating two statements. We split into two list items; that's okay as it's still preserving content. Might be better to keep as one item with semicolon. But splitting is okay as it's still same content. However we changed punctuation; but it's still same meaning. Might be acceptable. To be safe, keep as one item: "Possess general understanding, ability, and knowledge to act independently when working routine problems or situations; Possess general knowledge of company and local policies, procedures and regulations". We'll keep as one. Also "Experience working with ERPLN" original says "ERPLN". We'll keep that. Also "Experience building and using industry knowledge for planning and performance accomplishment.
