Entry-Level Phlebotomist

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate individual to assist with patient check-in, provide a welcoming environment, and support phlebotomy duties in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer questions, and maintain the waiting area with care and professionalism.
• Explain procedures to patients to build trust and confidence, ensuring accurate and safe interactions.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures, including specimen collection and processing, following established protocols.
• Support staff by covering breaks and assisting in both lobby and draw room settings.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality, and promote a positive, professional environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience.
• Phlebotomy experience, including specimen collection and processing.
• Ability to handle patients with care and compassion, and assist with check-ins via kiosk or tablet.
• Keyboard/data entry skills.
• Vietnamese language proficiency is preferred.
