About the role

The ENTRY PSR I/Lobby Experience Coordinator (LEC) greets patients upon arrival, assists with check‑in via kiosk or tablet, maintains the waiting area, supports phlebotomy breaks, and uses patient‑focused communication to ensure a safe, confidential, and positive lobby experience.
