Entry level Master’s Level Therapist / Case Planner

About the role

This position involves providing trauma-informed counseling and case planning services to children, youth, and families in the Bronx, NY. The role requires full-time onsite work, including home visits, with a schedule of Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular home and community visits to engage children and families
• Provide trauma-informed individual, family, and group counseling
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop service or treatment plans
• Facilitate evidence-based group interventions
• Provide case management and advocacy
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation
• Participate in team meetings and trainings

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Willingness to conduct home visits
• Flexible availability, including some evening hours
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly preferred
• NYS Valid Driver's License preferred

Candidates must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and be committed to community-based support.
