Entry Level Manufacturing/Production

Job Summary

We are seeking an entry-level production worker to join our team at Aluminum Precision Products (APP). Positions are available in various departments where you will forge aluminum products. We provide on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within the company.

Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM and Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM. Overtime on Saturdays may be required.
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM and Friday 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM. Overtime on Saturdays may be required.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting of parts up to 50 lbs
• Use of handling equipment for heavy parts
• Use of both hands and hand tools
• Repetitive reaching, twisting, and bending
• Standing for 80% of the work schedule

Work Environment

• Exposure to moving forklifts, plant machinery, and power tools
• Indoor work environment
• Exposure to sharp aluminum shavings and burr chips
• Moderate-to-high vibration from industrial machinery and power tools
• Temperatures exceeding 90°F throughout the work year
• Noise levels varying from moderate to high

Compensation

The starting hourly rate is $18.00 - $22.00, with potential for higher rates based on qualifications and performance.

• Experience as an Assembler, Deburrer, Grinder, Polisher, Production Worker, Machine Operator, Construction Laborer, Warehouse Associate, General Labor, or Maintenance
