About the Role

Shaw Industries is seeking Entry Level Manufacturing associates to join our team. When you apply, you will be considered for one of the following positions:

• Winder – Load packages of single or plied yarn on the carousel of the Back winder machine.
• Burn In Operator – Responsible for burning-in yarn during a beam change and creeling yarn to keep machines operational.
• Creeler/Burn In – Keep creel racks full of yarn and splice yarn ends together in the designated pattern to ensure efficient Warper operation.
• SewOn Operator – Sew rolls of carpet together at the front of the finishing line to maintain an ample supply for coating.
• Air Entangling Operator – Load packaged filament yarn (nylon, polypropylene, and polyester) onto an Air Entanglement machine.
