About the role

Badger Color has been bringing color to life since 1998. Join our family-oriented culture in our plastic coloring production positions. Production positions operator extruder equipment to create plastic pellets. Color Lab Technicians adjust and finalize color submissions with the use of lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operator extruder equipment to create plastic pellets.
• Adjust and finalize color submissions using lab equipment.

Requirements

No manufacturing experience required. We are willing to train motivated employees from ANY industry. Extra $1 for 2nd shift! $2.50 for 3rd!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety protocols.

Skills

• Basic understanding of plastics and manufacturing processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Pay
