About the role

Shaw Industries is seeking entry-level production associates to join their team. This position plays a crucial role in manufacturing and distributing a range of flooring solutions for both residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities

• Play an important role in the manufacture and distribution of flooring solutions.
• Enjoy problem-solving and be motivated to learn various skills.

Requirements

No prior manufacturing experience is necessary. Training is provided for all entry-level roles.

Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work flexible hours on a 12-hour rotating shift, which may involve working days and AM/PM start times that change in the rotation.

Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn are essential.

Schedule

12 Hour rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Act Calendar, days & AM/PM start time changes in the rotation
