About the role

Join our family-oriented culture in our plastic coloring production positions. Production positions operate extruder equipment to create plastic pellets.

Responsibilities

• Operate extruder equipment to create plastic pellets.
• Support the formulation and manufacturing of custom concentrate and liquid color solutions for the plastic industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or related fields preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours including second and third shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required for some positions.

Skills

• Basic understanding of plastics processing and manufacturing processes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay

Starting at $16.00 per hour. Additional $1 for 2nd shift! $2.50 for 3rd!

Schedule
