Position Overview
The Manufacturing Packer supports production by safely packing finished goods, maintaining quality standards and keeping pace with fast moving manufacturing lines.
Schedule & Pay
- Day Shift: 8am – 8pm — $15/hr
- Night Shift: 8pm – 8am — $15.50/hr
- Rotation: 2-2-3 schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days; rotates weekly)

- Hot and cold temperature exposure

Key Responsibilities
- Production sheet reading – Review specs to ensure correct product packaging
- Packaging preparation – Build pallets, label materials, and prepare packaging for finished goods
- Production inspection – Inspect film/product, document findings, and report defects or concerns
- Line support – Remove finished product from the line, pack neatly, and maintain pace with production goals
- Weight recording – Weigh cases and record accurate measurements using UCL/LCL targets
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic machine operation understanding
- Mechanical aptitude and PC knowledge
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work non-standard hours
- Ability to manage job-related stress and maintain positive workplace interactions
