Manufacturing Packer / Entry level

Kleen Test Products (KTP) is hiring entry-level Packers in Port Washington, WI. This direct-hire position is ideal for those looking to start a career in manufacturing or seeking a packing role.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Pack finished product into boxes/cases.
• Perform packing duties including palletizing, stacking, and packing cases.
• Assist with supplying packaging material for the line with the material handler or machine operator.
• Assist in monitoring the production line to ensure raw material is fed correctly.
• Visually monitor products with labels, caps, and pumps.
• Assist in hand-capping, pump insertion, or ensuring tight caps.
• Complete cleaning/sanitization of work area according to established guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production line and work area.
• Assist with waste removal from the line and/or plant.
• Observe all safety and quality procedures while completing required duties.

Requirements

• Frequently required to bend, reach, push, pull, lift, twist, grab, handle, or carry for long periods of time.
• Work physically in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand/walk in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to tolerate moderate to strong perfume scents.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds unassisted and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds with assistance.
