Entry Level Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) and AutoCAD drafting
• Design, drawing production, and discipline coordination between various trades
• Shop drawing and submittal reviews
• Construction site reviews
• Code reviews for MEP systems for Dewberry projects

Requirements

• BSEE Degree from an ABET Accredited College or University
• 0-2 years of experience
• Experience with AutoCAD MEP
• Experience with Revit MEP software is a plus
• EIT certification is a plus
• Internship, part-time, or full-time experience in the MEP engineering industry is a plus
• Strong academic technical background with good communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to commute into NYC and possess an active driver’s license

• Ability to learn and apply other electrical engineering software’s such as Visual, Lumen Micro, SKM Dapper, etc.
