About the role
Cox Fleet is seeking individuals passionate about mobility and ready to embark on a rewarding career as a Diesel and Trailer Technician. As part of our FleeTec Academy program, you'll receive comprehensive training, free technical education, and hands-on experience with a stipend and full-time job offer.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs on trucks and trailers at customer locations
- Operate state-of-the-art vehicles equipped with all the latest technology
- Receive ongoing training and support from experienced technicians
- Work in a team environment with opportunities for advancement
Requirements
- Willingness to study hard for 5 weeks of full-time training
- Ability to commit to 5 weeks away from home
- Maturity and focus to handle the responsibilities of the role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years old to drive company vehicles
Qualifications
- Technical aptitude and passion for fixing vehicles
- Desire to start a career as a Diesel and Trailer Technician
- Ability to operate an iPad

Pay
The hourly base rate may vary based on location and qualifications, with a minimum of $15.10/hour and a maximum of $22.60/hour. Additional compensation may include commission and an incentive program.
