About the role
The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is a unique, mission-driven organization that develops in-house nuclear reactor instrumentation and control systems for the U.S. Navy's aircraft carriers and submarines. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering, or science field; or
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering, or science field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong academic performance – GPA 3.2 or above
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Computer, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
- Experience working in a team environment
- Academic project, intern, or co-op experience in hardware, software, or systems development

Pay
Pay Range: $63,900.00 – $97,800.00 annually. Salary is based on candidate experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.
All candidates must be U.S. citizens. Applicants selected will be subject to a Federal background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified matter. The Naval Nuclear Laboratory maintains a drug-free workplace and workforce; candidates must pass a drug test in compliance with company policy and 10 CFR 707.
