Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools.
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, learning about their goals, skills, and interests to ensure alignment.
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for starting their new roles.
• Perform critical relationship-building activities, including coaching consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day of work, and keeping in touch throughout their employment to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
• Maintain a network of consultants that align with top industry-specific skill sets.
• Build trusted relationships with your network of professionals to be seen as a partner in helping them advance their careers.

Training & Development

• Participate in a comprehensive, structured 13-week training program to prepare for the role, including role plays, job shadows, and teach-backs to foster camaraderie and expertise.
• Engage in both formal and informal mentorship programs throughout your career to progress toward personal and professional goals.
• Work in a positive and supportive culture that encourages self-development and the development of others.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.
• 6 months of sales experience (preferred).
• Recruiting experience (preferred but not required).

Pay

The pay range for this position is $45,000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.

Schedule

This is a permanent, fully onsite position based in Cincinnati, OH.
