Position Overview
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Business Development Representatives who are ready to start their career in business development. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a successful career in a supportive environment. No prior experience is required. We provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and participate in the full business development cycle, from initial outreach to closing opportunities
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, networking, and other outreach methods
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Absist with presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to meet potential customers
- Work toward monthly and quarterly goals with guidance from leadership
- Collaborate with Business Development Leadership, Marketing, and other internal teams
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing coaching to continuously improve your business development skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- No prior experience required
- Strong interest in starting a career in business development
- Willingness to learn and be coached
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Self-motivated and eager to grow
- Ability to stay positive and persistent when facing challenges
Preferred (Not Required)
- Sales internship, customer service experience, retail, or business experience
- Experience with presentations, phone calls, or customer interaction
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
