About the role
We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth and revenue opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead qualification. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients while representing QBS’s value proposition with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through research and outreach
- Build relationships with decision-makers and uncover opportunities aligned with Safety-Care’s mission
- Maintain consistent follow-up to advance opportunities
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet internal standards and move through the sales pipeline
- Schedule and support meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team
- Maintain accurate and timely activity records in the CRM
- Maintain organized and up-to-date prospect records to support pipeline visibility and reporting
- Leverage CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and processes
- Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions to drive continuous improvement in prospecting strategies and sales processes
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates encouraged – prior sales experience not required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Coachable, curious, resilient, and motivated by purposeful work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Pay
$60,000 Base + $25k variable compensation (OTE ~$60,000-$85,000)
