Enterprise Systems Specialist ERP / CRM

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the company's ERP, CRM, and Enterprise reporting systems.
• Configure, maintain applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Provide development using Python, Power BI, and Fabric, for interfaces, dashboards, reports, and workflows to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring adoption and proper utilization of systems.
• Aid with data integrity, migration, and integration between applications and other business tools.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or modules.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for ongoing reference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field. Proven experience in place of education is acceptable.
• 3+ years of experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems.
• 3+ years of experience with Python, C#, or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a challenging environment.
