Responsibilities
- Own an individual enterprise quota and the full sales cycle, from self-sourced outreach and inbound leads through legal, security, procurement and signature.
- Build relationships with corporate real estate, workplace and facilities leaders, navigating complex buying groups from executives to middle management.
- Manage enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor, driving adoption, expansion, upsell and renewal.
- Create account plans, track adoption and revenue KPIs, maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts, and present measurable ROI to executives.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, Sales and Marketing to deliver customer value and bring market and customer feedback into product decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with enterprise or Fortune 1000 accounts in SaaS, enterprise technology or real estate solutions.
- A record of exceeding quota, ideally with top-performer recognition.
- Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with 6-12-month sales cycles and annual contract values of $100K or more.
- Demonstrated success opening doors into large organizations through cold outreach and self-sourced pipeline.
- Strong consultative selling, executive presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills, plus hands-on attention to detail.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM systems and the ability to work independently in a remote US-based role.
- Experience selling to major real estate services firms or Fortune 1000/Global 2000 real estate, workplace and facilities leaders is valuable.
- Other advantages include enterprise SaaS adoption, renewals, startup experience and technical fluency.
- Take ownership of strategic enterprise relationships in a collaborative startup, with direct influence on platform adoption and growth.
