Enterprise Sales Director, Financial Services

For our client, a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space, we are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a mission-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major accounts
• Lead negotiations on complex contracts and close deals effectively
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to exceed targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and operations teams to optimize sales
• Leverage AI tools throughout the sales cycle to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in enterprise sales targeting and closing large accounts
• Managed a $1M+ quota with experience in 6- and 7-figure ACV deals
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset for market trend analysis and data-driven decision making
• Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation through various methods

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
