About the role
We are actively sourcing across multiple portfolio companies building payments and stablecoin infrastructure. The roles listed below are open positions within Dragonfly's ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Sales talent in payments and stablecoins
- Own and build the entire sales org. IC first, then team builder
- Crypto startup pedigree non-negotiable
- Infra layer fluency required
- Network-obsessed
- Full lifecycle ownership, pipeline through close
Requirements
- Payments infrastructure DNA (cross-border, stablecoins, API-driven integrations)
- Full lifecycle ownership, pipeline through close
- Proven revenue in fintech and payments infra
- High agency, moves fast
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- 8+ years of experience
- 5+ years of experience
