Enterprise Operations Intern- Fall 2026

Job Summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union seeks an intern to support enterprise operations activities related to workflow documentation, data gathering and analysis, and assist on Enterprise Operations projects. The ideal candidate must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or Finance from an accredited college or university.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled at University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina to qualify for a Grow Financial internship.
• Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Visio, PowerBI, Tableau or other visualization tools is preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel.
• Must be able to work independently and learn complex skills or software with minimal supervision.

• Standard business hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

• Schedule will not exceed 29 hours per week.
