About the role
As an Enterprise Corporate Sales Manager II at OneTrust, you will play a critical role at the intersection of account management, sales, and renewals for enterprise-level clients within the EBU. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead renewal efforts, strategically drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and secure new business. In this role, you will build strong relationships across mixed enterprise and strategic customer segments, ensuring customer needs are met while leading renewals, cross-sells, and upsells within a defined EBU territory. You will also manage new sales cycles to close net new logos from funnel leads within your assigned territory, as needed. You will lead end-to-end negotiations for opportunities, partnering with a cohort of Account Executives in your territory and collaborating closely with Pre-Sales, Cloud Specialists, Customer Success, and other supporting teams. Your focus will be on maximizing customer satisfaction, proving value, and driving both expansion opportunities and new business. You will also guide renewal and sales cycles with precision and strategic timing, ensuring internal forecasting remains accurate and aligned to client needs.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customers and cultivate strong relationships focused on retention, revenue growth, and a consultative approach aligned to client needs
- Collaborate seamlessly with Customer Success, Sales, and partners to identify and remove roadblocks, ensuring successful and timely execution of deals and contract renewals
- Navigate contract complexities with precision, addressing compliance issues and maintaining a smooth renewal rhythm while partnering with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Sales Operations, and other teams
- Identify expansion opportunities to increase software platform utilization and ensure customers find value in every interaction
- Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your portfolio of business
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to support the growth and automation of auto-renewal and standard renewal processes
- Listen to and fully diagnose client needs in order to propose solutions tailored to their requirements based on product knowledge
- Manage portfolio performance through churn forecasting and execute weekly reporting activities with a high degree of accuracy
- Partner effectively across Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering to land new logos and close net new deals
- Apply business knowledge and market trends to bring strategic insight into both sales and renewal cycles, aligning with evolving client needs
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to identify and create opportunities for larger expansion and cross-sell deals
- Maintain a detailed understanding of key competitors and their strategies in order to clearly differentiate OneTrust solutions in the marketplace
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, account management, and/or renewals management
- Passion for understanding technology and customer success stories, with a strong grasp of consultative selling
- Demonstrated process excellence across the sales and renewals cycle, including accurate forecasting and reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Strategic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, particularly quote creation in CPQ and forecast methodologies
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
Pay
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is $68,250—$102,375 USD. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
