Enterprise Architect & Technical Advisor (US Federal)

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with Federal Contractors to identify pain points and business challenges
• Translate ERP requirements into strategic HCM and Payroll solutions
• Provide expert technical overviews and product demonstrations
• Act as a subject matter expert from initial meetings to executive closures
• Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads and develop POCs
• Craft responses for RFIs and RFPs
• Support sales and marketing initiatives through presentations at events

Requirements

• 6+ years in Federal or Contractor Presales, Consulting, or Architecture
• 6+ years HCM Consulting experience, specifically in the Federal sector
• Deep expertise in HCM, Payroll, and ERP systems
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Pay

$162,200 – $243,200 annually
