About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise AI Specialist to support the adoption, implementation, and optimization of AI tools and workflows across the Law, HR, Government & Community Relations departments.

Responsibilities

  • Ai Program Support
    • Assist in the development and execution of enterprise AI initiatives.
    • Support project planning, stakeholder coordination, and implementation activities.
    • Track project milestones, risks, and outcomes across multiple AI initiatives.
    • Help document best practices, processes, and lessons learned.
  • Ai Opportunity Assessment
    • Partner with business teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements.
    • Conduct process analysis and gather requirements for potential AI use cases.
    • Assist in evaluating the potential impact, feasibility, and business value of AI initiatives.
    • Support pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects.
  • Employee Enablement
    • Help drive adoption of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, enterprise search platforms, and workflow automation tools.
    • Create user guides, training materials, and enablement resources.
    • Provide support to employees learning to incorporate AI into their work.
    • Gather user feedback and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.
  • Operations & Process Improvement
    • Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for increased efficiency through automation and AI.
    • Assist in documenting current and future-state workflows.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and measure the impact of AI implementations.
    • Support continuous improvement efforts across AI-enabled processes.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Collect and analyze data related to AI adoption, usage, and business impact.
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders.
    • Maintain dashboards and performance metrics.
    • Communicate project updates and key findings to business partners.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in business operations, legal, HR, consulting, project coordination, technology, product support, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
