About the role
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving adoption of the company's mission-critical software across large health systems and IDNs, working directly with C-suite stakeholders to scale impact nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential enterprise accounts within the healthcare market
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Present the company’s solution to senior executives and influence strategic decision-making
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- 4+ years of enterprise tech sales experience
- Proven track record of success in enterprise-level sales
- Experience selling complex, mission-critical software solutions
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and challenges
- Ability to build and manage relationships with senior executives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Passion for using technology to transform healthcare
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Knowledge of healthcare IT and analytics

Pay
$150K Base (OTE ~$300K) + Competitive Equity
