About the role

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving adoption of the company's mission-critical software across large health systems and IDNs, working directly with C-suite stakeholders to scale impact nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential enterprise accounts within the healthcare market
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Present the company’s solution to senior executives and influence strategic decision-making
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • 4+ years of enterprise tech sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise-level sales
  • Experience selling complex, mission-critical software solutions
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and challenges
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with senior executives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Passion for using technology to transform healthcare
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT and analytics

Pay

$150K Base (OTE ~$300K) + Competitive Equity

Schedule

On-site (5 days/week)
