About the role

Insurity is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to help build our Large Carrier team and create new enterprise opportunities with the largest and most complex insurance carriers. This hunter role will build and advance a qualified pipeline, lead executive-level conversations, orchestrate cross-functional resources, and manage strategic opportunities through close. You will bring a differentiated story to market: an AI-native, end-to-end policy administration platform backed by Insurity’s scale, insurance expertise, and regulatory-content advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and opportunities and manage to closure to achieve quota with Large (tier 1-3) carriers
  • Qualify and close leads sourced by Business Development Reps
  • Maintain a pipeline of active opportunities
  • Maintain and grow revenue for assigned existing customers
  • Identify opportunities for incremental business at existing customers
  • Manage opportunities to closure to achieve quota
  • Strategically orchestrate resources both internally and externally throughout the sales process
  • Accurately capture and report all aspects of account and opportunity information within a sales force automation (SFA) application
  • Accurately report on forecast and pipeline
  • Participate in regular governance meetings with assigned customers
  • Act as a liaison between customer and Insurity
  • Leverage, network, and/or gain knowledge to assist other team members in winning new business
  • Develop working knowledge of all major Insurity products, as demonstrated by ability to articulate the value proposition in sales presentations
  • Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales & marketing or related (equivalent work experience may be considered)
  • Insurance experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com, MS Office, and social media platforms

Pay

The career-level salary range for this role is $90,000 to $175,000. Actual salary may vary based on your experience and qualifications.

  • Up to 50% travel
