About the role

Paces is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to sell our transformation to executives building America's energy future. The ideal candidate will ramp to $1.2M annual quota, build and manage a pipeline of $50K-$1M+ deals, generate 40-50% of pipeline through outbound prospecting, and average a sales cycle of 90-120 days for mid-market deals and 6-9 months for enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Sell to power developers, renewable developers, data center developers, hyperscalers, utilities, or energy/infrastructure products to CRE firms
  • Master consultative selling into technical buyers and economic decision-makers
  • Understand infrastructure development workflows or learn them obsessively
  • Deeply discover customer needs and map Paces' value to specific pains
  • Generate significant pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Manage full-cycle enterprise deal ownership including discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
  • Use AI daily and bring automation ideas to the sales process
  • Master disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Be organized, intentional, and urgent, seeing both the big picture and details
  • Seek coaching and invest in mastering the craft

Requirements

  • 3+ years quota carrying (and beating) in B2B SaaS or infrastructure/energy development ($50K+ ACV deals)
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota consistently
  • Full-cycle enterprise deal ownership: run discovery, demo, negotiate, and close
  • Use AI daily and bring automation ideas to the sales process
  • Organized, intentional, urgent: see both forest and trees
  • Seek coaching and invest in mastering the craft
