Enterprise Account Executive

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain tech
  • A hustler mentality
  • A strong, existing network in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing
  • A bias for action
  • A passion for transforming warehouse operations
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of exceeding enterprise quota and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Software-focused experience selling SaaS or workflow software into industrial environments
  • Ability to build trusted relationships at every level—from frontline managers to VP and C-suite leaders
  • Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDICC, value-based selling, multithreading)
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics

Skills

  • Expertise in prospects' operational workflows, systems, KPIs, and decision-making structures
  • Leadership in complex sales cycles involving security reviews, integrations, pilots, and multi-department stakeholders
  • Proficiency in running tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate Conduit's platform value and differentiation
  • Ability to negotiate enterprise agreements that drive mutual value and set the stage for long-term partnerships
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, competitor movements, and market dynamics
