Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain tech
- A hustler mentality
- A strong, existing network in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing
- A bias for action
- A passion for transforming warehouse operations
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Qualifications
- Proven track record of exceeding enterprise quota and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Software-focused experience selling SaaS or workflow software into industrial environments
- Ability to build trusted relationships at every level—from frontline managers to VP and C-suite leaders
- Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDICC, value-based selling, multithreading)
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics
Skills
- Expertise in prospects' operational workflows, systems, KPIs, and decision-making structures
- Leadership in complex sales cycles involving security reviews, integrations, pilots, and multi-department stakeholders
- Proficiency in running tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate Conduit's platform value and differentiation
- Ability to negotiate enterprise agreements that drive mutual value and set the stage for long-term partnerships
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of industry trends, competitor movements, and market dynamics
