Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by establishing strategic relationships with senior-level executives in large retail and e-commerce organizations.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting solutions to negotiating and closing contracts.
- Manage daily account activities and deliverables to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Enterprise Sales on reporting, territory strategy, and administrative tasks.
- Represent OnTrac at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise sales or a related field
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value contracts
- Strong relationship-building and executive-level communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 75%

Pay
The expected starting base pay range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $140,000 - $210,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
Schedule
This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.
