About the role
We're looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales Operations team. Reporting to the SVP of Sales & Revenue, you'll be a high impact executive driving end-to-end sales excellence by transforming healthcare foodservice challenges into high-ARR, multi-module partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own a defined list of named enterprise healthcare and senior living organizations.
- Develop and execute multi-quarter account penetration strategies across large, multi-location networks.
- Map complex stakeholder ecosystems including executive leadership, finance, operations, IT, and procurement.
- Lead enterprise-level discovery to uncover system-wide operational, financial, and compliance priorities.
- Build and maintain C-suite and executive-level relationships across strategic accounts.
- Lead enterprise RFP responses and formal procurement processes.
- Maintain highly accurate enterprise opportunity data, including detailed close plans and executive sponsor mapping.
- Represent the company at executive forums, industry events, and enterprise-level meetings.
- Provide strategic feedback to Leadership and Product based on enterprise market trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales.
- Education or training in SaaS sales or healthcare food service.
- Strengths in verbal & written communication, adaptability, and relational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required).
Qualifications
- Compensation: Base Salary $90,000-$130,000 USD per year + Uncapped commission, Year 1 OTE ($220,000+).
