Enrollment Specialist

About the role

As an Enrollment Specialist, your primary responsibility is to engage with prospective members, educate them on Thyme Care's services, and facilitate their enrollment into the program. You will be the initial point of contact for individuals eligible for Thyme Care, building trust through deep listening and understanding each member's unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Talk to prospective members, explain Thyme Care’s services, and encourage enrollment.
• Document member needs and preferences to support the care team.
• Make outbound calls to around 80-100 prospective members daily.
• Follow Care Team policies and procedures, escalations pathways, and communication best practices.
• Reach out to eligible members to inform them of Thyme Care’s services and support options.
• Obtain consent from members, conduct enrollment surveys, and identify urgent member needs.
• Participate in coaching and development sessions to improve quality and productivity.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in sales roles or recent college graduates with 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in a start-up or sales capacity, is a plus.
