Enrollment Specialist

About the role

It partners with cardiology, internal, primary, and family medicine physician groups, as well as healthcare systems, to support patient enrollment in care management programs across various states. The organization addresses the challenge of connecting patients to these care programs through coordinated outreach efforts. The Enrollment Specialist plays a key role in enrolling patients into chronic care management and remote patient monitoring programs. This position supports patient engagement by providing information, facilitating the enrollment process, and ensuring a positive experience. The role impacts the organization's ability to expand program reach and improve patient participation in care management.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients to explain program benefits, financial responsibilities, consent, device shipment, and enrollment.
• Ensure a smooth and effective enrollment process for prospective patients.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for pending enrollees.
• Manage a high-volume caseload until enrollment completion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and caregivers.
• Navigate multiple systems to input patient enrollment data.
• Meet monthly new enrollee targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Less than 5 years of experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment.
• Preferred experience in enrollment or medical sales.
• Strong communication skills with poise and patience when interacting with patients.
• Ability to overcome objections and solve problems effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and metrics-driven focus.
• High computer literacy.
• Engaging personality with empathy and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and open to evolving role responsibilities.
