Enrollment Specialist
About the role
This entry-level role helps individuals understand available enrollment options and complete the appropriate process. This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals face to face to understand their needs
- Explain options, requirements, and next steps
- Assist with forms and routine enrollment questions
- Follow up on incomplete items and maintain accurate records
Requirements
A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
