About the role
We're looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Enrollment Specialist to join our growing Customer Experience team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while conducting eligibility assessments for prospective clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders via phone and email.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective families interested in learning more about Entyre Care's services.
- Build rapport with prospective customers by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals to determine eligibility and service fit.
- Successfully qualify and convert prospective customers into appointments for our clinical care teams.
- Accurately maintain customer records, notes, and follow-up activities within HubSpot CRM.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the customer journey.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and data using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while taking ownership of assigned tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, call center, or customer success roles.
- Experience managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or human services is an advantage, but not required.
