Enrollment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support enrollment, student, admissions, program, or study-related coordination.
• Maintain accurate applicant, participant, program, scheduling, and communication records in approved systems.
• Guide routine questions through documented processes and communicate required steps, deadlines, or missing information clearly.
• Coordinate follow-up with internal teams, participants, or partners so enrollment and program tasks move forward on schedule.
• Prepare status reports and documentation while protecting personal information and escalating exceptions that require specialized review.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform Enrollment Specialist work, or closely related training/experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote position.

Pay

Base compensation: $38,000–$50,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
