Description Provide support in all areas of the the paint, plastics, bodyweld and press departments. Will manage overall department administrative support. This includes: - Budgeting accounts( projects, purchase orders, travel and team relations -consolidate monthly acccruals for shops -updating boards, support laminatin, cutting, and posting (visual needs for boards) -IS request -creating production team member floor files for new hires - ordering supplies and delievery -Track paint suits -lunch orders and delievery -support audits in several categories : MCAP, environmental, QMS, Australian transportation - responisble for rsponding to request for support in scheduling travel air/rental car/hotel -expense reports -record retention scheduling conference rooms and meetings support level 4 Ringi's Skills Administrative support, Microsoft office, data entry, purchase order Top Skills Details Administrative support,Microsoft office,data entry,purchase order Additional Skills & Qualifications 3+ yrs administrative support experience Exp with MS Office applications Ability to quickly analyze dituations and make recommendations based on data Exp budgeting, creating purchasing requisitions and processing payments Exp creating and updating KPI's Ability to communicate with all levels of the the organization Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
