The Impact You Will Make
- Create a customer-focused environment through phone interactions and appointment scheduling.
- Support onboarding of new team members.
- Assist locations' leadership teams.
- Manage contract processing and quality control.
- Handle banking duties such as cash receipt entry, deposit slips, and credit card transactions.
- Process cemetery daily operations, including IOA’s.
- Maintain customer files and update records.
- Coordinate HR functions, including onboarding.
- Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and processing invoices.
- Provide deeds and certificates to Sales Management.
- Log and process memorials and work orders.
- Participate in white board meetings.
- Perform reporting tasks, including Trust, state required, and month-end processing.
Requirements
- High School equivalency required.
- One year of experience in administration or customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid state driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for some locations.
- Multi-line phone skills.
- Filing skills (alphabetically).
- Basic typing speed (40 words per minute with minimal errors).
- Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
