Shift Engineer – Front of House
At Four Seasons, we strive to connect deeply with both guests and the local community. As a Shift Engineer – Front of House at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the resort’s facilities while providing excellent service to guests.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair resort building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical equipment
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest room and public area maintenance requests
- Perform daily inspections and operational checks of treated systems to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Maintain and repair Building Management Systems (BMS) and related controls
- Complete general maintenance tasks such as re-lamping, plumbing repairs, and in-room equipment adjustments
- Accurately document work orders, repairs, and inspections using the HotSOS system
- Collaborate closely with Engineering leadership and resort departments to support daily operations
- Participate in the engineering on-call rotation and assist with emergency repairs and major maintenance projects
- Uphold Four Seasons service standards, safety policies, and professional conduct at all times
