Engineering Project Officer

Responsibilities
- Lead engineering efforts to design and develop high-quality customized solutions
- Evolving systems with advanced technology solutions
- Develop and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Run failure investigation teams to identify technical issues and propose resolutions
- Develop and execute test plans and analyze results
- Support the program manager with cost and schedule estimates
Requirements
- Experience in an engineering discipline such as systems or mechanical engineering
- Experience performing engineering analysis on systems and components
- Experience deriving various types of requirements, including functional, non-functional, and technical specifications
- Ability to develop and execute test plans and analyze results
- Ability to support the program manager with cost and schedule estimates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Secret clearance

Benefits

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings. Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility. Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
