Engineering Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery
• Drive projects from inception through completion, with typical project durations of 6-9 months
• Work directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure alignment throughout the project
• Interface with internal engineering resources to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
• Travel to customer sites as needed to facilitate project success and strengthen client relationships

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering and/or project management roles
• 5+ years of recent experience in the material handling automation space
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to create clear, comprehensive project documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Technical background enabling effective translation between client needs and engineering execution
• Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, and the full MS Office Suite
• Able to travel domestically 10-20% of the time
