About the role

Responsibilities
- Participating in rotations across Honda's various engineering functions, gaining broad technical knowledge and business understanding.
- Contributing to meaningful projects, supporting manufacturing, design, quality, and facilities operations.
- Building a professional network within Honda's North American operations.
- Receiving mentorship from experienced engineers and presenting projects to leadership.
- Supporting continuous improvement and innovation efforts aligned with Honda's future goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET or ATMAE accredited program (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Welding Engineering).
- Relevant internship or co-op experience preferred; less than 2 years of engineering experience.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, build relationships, and contribute to Honda's business priorities.
