Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET or ATMAE accredited program (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Welding). Relevant internship or co-op experience preferred. Less than 2 years of engineering work experience. Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to manufacturing and business priorities.
