This role offers a structured, one-year rotational experience for early-career engineers to gain broad technical knowledge, project exposure, and cross-functional relationships. Participants will work as full-time associates, contributing to meaningful projects across manufacturing, quality, design, and facilities engineering, among others. The program emphasizes mentorship, leadership presentation, and exposure to Honda's operations, supporting career advancement and technical skill development.

Responsibilities

• Participating in rotational engineering assignments
• Contributing to projects that improve manufacturing processes, quality, and product development
• Building a professional network and gaining exposure to Honda's diverse operations
• Presenting work to leadership and supporting new model development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ABET or ATMAE-accredited engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Less than two years of experience
• Relevant internship or co-op experience preferred
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and build relationships across functions
• Strong work ethic and openness to cross-functional learning
