About the role

Join a dynamic engineering development program designed to accelerate the careers of early-stage engineers through rotational assignments, mentorship, and project engagement across various functions. This role offers participants hands-on engineering experience in areas such as manufacturing, quality, equipment design, supplier quality, product testing, market quality, design, facilities, and new model development across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Participating in a structured one-year rotational program to build broad technical and business knowledge
• Contributing to meaningful projects aligned with final roles
• Engaging with cross-functional teams and senior leadership presentations
• Supporting manufacturing processes, quality improvement, equipment design, supplier collaboration, product testing, and facility projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program in disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Preferred internship or co-op experience and less than two years of work experience
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and build relationships across functions
• Candidates must be open to relocation and committed to continuous learning
