About the role
Join a dynamic engineering development program designed to accelerate early-career engineers' growth through rotational assignments, mentorship, and cross-functional projects. This role offers hands-on experience in various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, quality, design, facilities, and new model development across multiple locations. Participants will develop broad technical knowledge, build professional networks, and gain exposure to Honda’s manufacturing and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Participating in structured rotational programs with meaningful project contributions
- Engaging in cross-functional collaboration and presenting to leadership
- Supporting engineering activities across development, manufacturing, quality, and testing areas
- Contributing to process improvements, design evaluations, and supplier quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related fields)
- Less than two years of engineering work experience
- Relevant internship or co-op experience preferred
