Position Description

This individual will work within one of our engineering teams, supporting the team to include project planning, scheduling, budget monitoring, and the creation of reports. An ideal candidate is well-spoken, and able to communicate with individuals across the company, is passionate about learning new tasks, and is extremely organized. Having a positive, “we can do it” attitude is key. This position could have multiple opportunities to move up across the company.

Qualifications

  • Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed.
  • Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position and requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business is required. Education may be substituted with equivalent industry experience.
  • Has technical aptitude to learn and retain new concepts.
  • Professional conduct with coworkers and customers.
  • Highly organized with multitasking ability to evaluate and prioritize work.
  • Must have strong communication skills through written, verbal, and graphical mediums in the English language.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software, experience in scheduling software is required.

Additional Information

  • Hourly range for this role is between $37 - $44, plus discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits.
  • Employees can also receive additional pay for off shifts.
